ESS

Eastern Seaboard is a five stage outdoor race series
created by our coach Bob Albanese and held at the
beautiful Bob Rodale park west of me in Trexlertown,
Pa.
It's just across the street from the our world famous
Lehigh Valley velodrome.
The location holds one of the premiere skating locations
in the country and every year draws athletes from near
and far including Canada.
The first stage is this Saturday, (looks like the good
weather will hold out,) and includes a free "OX Roast"
with your entry fee.
Usually, I get the bike out come summer and don't do
a lot of outdoor racing, but with Nationals on my agenda
this year I decided to join in the fun as a participant and
not a spectator.
If you want a taste of what the best of inline racing is all
about, then you want to be in T'town, PA. this Saturday,
May 12th.
300m time trials start at 7:30am.
