Whew..

There's no way I can be too old to work
six days a week, but it seems to be kicking
my butt at present.
By days end Saturday, I was drained.
Had a migraine that morning and it
had me half blind and feeling sick for
hours.
Thankfully taking 3 Aleve did the trick,
as it usually does, but the episode made
me wonder if I just have too much on my
plate.
Bottom line is, I'm not light hearted
and happy. my preferred state of being.
Instead I'm tired, not sleeping well and
the strain that causes, is showing up as
crankiness over small stuff, a sure fire
warning sign.
One I've regretted ignoring in the past
when I found myself in very similar
circumstances.
So.
What do I give up?
